"What was once lost won't ever come back. So at the very least, I need to treasure what I have now, at this very moment..." But even that plan soon falls apart. Night after night, the same dream of a guillotine. A headhunting serial killer. And the "knights" in black who follow soon after. Irrationality that defies the realm of common sense begins to assault and devour the city. Those abnormalities are abominations that seek to destroy everything Ren has built up with a level of violence far surpassing that fight from two months before. In a world swiftly going mad, Ren alone crosses the boundary between the ordinary and the extraordinary.
