Shark Dental Clinic

Shark Dental Clinic is a single-player, offline first-person horror roguelike set in a dim clinic where the patients bite back. Use the mirror to diagnose each tooth, then choose the right tool. Scale away plaque. Drill out cavities and seal them with antiseptic. Pull rotten teeth and foreign objects with forceps. Clear infections. When pain climbs, use a sedative to calm the whole jaw, but supplies are limited.

Every patient warns you before the jaws snap shut. Read the signs, hold retreat to pull clear, and wait for the jaw to recover before you finish. The danger is readable and fair, and patience matters as much as speed.

Thirteen patients across three acts and a final appointment each bring unique traits and rules. Seeded runs keep each shift different. Between patients, spend your earnings on upgrades in the supply shop. Your progress is saved locally on your device.

Play with keyboard and mouse or a gamepad. No internet connection required.
