Somehow a true-life degenerate scored a job as a sports physician, so obviously he spends all his time ogling and snapping candid pics of the various lady athletes doing their thing on (and off) the field.

Everything is going as well as it can be for your local pervert, until one of the tennis players, Reina Takamiya, catches him with his flash on, taking pictures of her mid match! Instead of getting chewed out, fired, and blacklisted. Reina thinks having some blackmail material on a dirty little peeping pervert might benefit her.

Reina might be a tennis star for now, but her grand ambition is to take the #1 spot in many sports. She wants to sick our horned-up protagonist on the other girls who currently hold those top spots. In hopes that his perverted antics will distract them from training and make her life easier.

Reina sets you loose upon the other girls and you unleash the forbidden power of your naughty physiotherapy techniques, it all seems like a win-win situation. You have a harem of mindless sex addicted meat toilets at obedient to your every demand and Reina's rivals are out of her way. But it would put your mind at ease knowing Reina wasn't holding onto some blackmail material.

With the help of your harem you can go for the gold in every event in this year's Pussylympics and make a sex toy out of Reina too!
