Pink Slip Hearts

In a company that trades people for compute, your next signature could be a layoff—or a love story.

Pink Slip Hearts is an Adult Romance Visual Novel set inside Aresys Technology Corporation as it executes a ruthless workforce realignment to bankroll a $145B AI infrastructure push. You play as Reid Halloway, the Chief People Officer holding "the list" that will decide 5,500 careers—while a twelve-week countdown to a board-level lock vote turns every meeting into a test of loyalty, ethics, and control.

Three women enter your calendar for perfectly legitimate reasons—and one unavoidable choice turns corporate procedure into personal consequence.

Meet the Cast

Daria Whitlock — The Lede
A senior staff writer at The Atlantic embedded inside Aresys to document the real story behind the layoffs: capex, power, and the moral math of modern tech. Daria questions, frames, and fact-checks your silences, turning Reid's controlled world into narrative exposure. With her, intimacy comes with a recorder-shaped shadow: what you confess can become history.

Ines Park — The Cluster
A newly hired Chief AI Officer and the public face of Aresys' $145B compute ambition—and a living reminder that Reid had a past before he became the man behind the workforce realignment. Ines speaks in throughput, timelines, and destiny-by-resource allocation, but her return brings unfinished emotional architecture back into scope. With her, every touch is tangled in power, legacy, and the future the company is building at megawatt scale.

Tilda Brenner — The Model
A Workforce Strategy Director and the architect of the scoring model that determines who stays and who disappears from the org chart. Tilda is Reid's direct report in title, but her command of the data makes her indispensable—and dangerous. With her, attraction is analytical first… until it isn't.
